Miramar, San Diego, CA
Pursuant to Council on Environmental Quality regulations (40 CFR

Plan, Fiesta Island Replacement Project/Northern Sludge Processing
Facility, and the West Miramar Landfill Overburden Disposal, at Naval

The DPEIS has been distributed to various federal, state, and local

limited number of single copies are available at the address listed at

Diego, California.
The public hearing will be conducted by the Navy. Federal, state
and local agencies and interested parties are invited and urged to be

and transcribed by a stenographer; however, to ensure accuracy of the
record, all statements should be submitted in writing. All statements,
both oral and written, will become part of the public record for the
study. Equal weight will be given to both oral and written statements.
Oral statements should be limited to five minutes or less.
