Tennessee; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
State of Tennessee, (FEMA-1022-DR), dated April 14, 1994, and related
determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: May 3, 1994.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State
of Tennessee dated April 14, 1994, is hereby amended to include Public
Assistance for the following areas among those areas determined to have
been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by
the President in his declaration of April 14, 1994:
Blount, Hamilton, Jefferson, Monroe, Polk, Sevier, and Unicoi
Counties for Public Assistance. (Already designated for Individual
Assistance.)
Cocke, Grainger, Hawkins, Johnson, Marion, Putnam and Van Buren
Counties for Individual and Public Assistance.
