Certain Steel Wire Rod From Canada

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Termination of investigation.

SUMMARY: On April 18, 1994, the Commission received a letter from 
counsel for petitioner in the subject investigation (Wiley, Rein & 
Fielding) withdrawing its petition. Accordingly, pursuant to 
Sec. 207.40(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 
CFR 207.40(a)), the antidumping duty investigation concerning certain 
steel wire rod from Canada (investigation No. 731-TA-647 (Final)) is 
terminated.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 3, 1994.
