``Customer Settlement'' in Docket No. GP94-02, et al., approved by the
Commission on June 15, 1995 (71 FERC para. 61,337 (1955)). The Customer

F of the Customer Settlement were used as prescribed by Article VII,
Section C.
Columbia also agrees to make available for this filing the data

the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
