Notice of Open Meeting of Board of Advisors to the President, 
Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island

    Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 
U.S.C. app.), notice is given that the Board of Advisors to the 
President, Naval War College, will meet on 29 and 30 May 1996 in Room 
210, Conolly Hall, Naval War College, 686 Cushing Road, Newport, Rhode 
Island. The meeting will commence at 8:30 a.m. on 29 May and terminate 
at approximately 12:00 p.m. on 30 May. The purpose of the

meeting is to elicit the advice of the Board on educational, doctrinal, 
and research policies and programs. The agenda will consist of 
presentations and discussions on the curriculum, programs and plans of 
the College, and is open to the public. For further information
