Sunshine Act Meeting

TIME AND DATE: The Finance Committee of the Legal Services 
Corporation's Board of Directors will meet on May 19, 1996. The meeting 
will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue until conclusion of the 
committee's agenda.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: 

    1. Approval of Agenda.
    2. Receive report of Thompson, Cobb, Bazilio & Associates, 
Certified Public Accountants, on their audit of the Corporation's FY 
'95 financial statements.
    3. Consider and adopt a proposed revised Consolidated Operating 
Budget for FY '96, implementing Pub. L. 104-134 (H.R. 3019), to 
recommend to the Board for its adoption.
    4. Consider and act on other business.
