Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Motion To Make Tariff 
Sheets Effective

[Docket No. RP94-72-003]
May 5, 1994.
    Take notice that on April 29, 1994, Iroquois Gas Transmission 
System, L.P., (Iroquois), filed a motion requesting that the revised 
tariff sheets listed in appendix A of the motion be made effective on 
June 1, 1994.
    Iroquois states that all of the tariff sheets listed on appendix A 
of the motion have been previously filed in this proceeding, with the 
exception of the three substitute tariff sheets attached to the filing, 
which update tariff sheets originally filed on December 1, 1993.
    Iroquois states that it has served the filing upon each person 
designated on the official service list compiled by the Secretary in 
this proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure 18 CFR 385.211. All such 
protests should be filed on or before May 12, 1994. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
