Agenda and Notice of Public Meeting of the Oklahoma Advisory 
Committee

    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and 
regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, that the Oklahoma 
Advisory Committee to the Commission will hold a community forum on 
Wednesday, June 1, 1994, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel, 
4345 North Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City and Thursday, June 2, 
1994, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel at Warren Place, 
6110 South Yale in Tulsa. The purpose of the community forum is to 
obtain information on selected education and employment issues in 
Oklahoma as they affect minorities, women, and persons with 
disabilities.
    Persons desiring additional information, or planning a presentation 
to the Committee, should contact Melvin L. Jenkins, Director of the 
Central Regional Office, 816-426-5253 (TTY 816-426-5009). Hearing-
impaired persons who will attend the meeting and require the services 
of a sign language interpreter should contact the Regional Office at 
least five (5) working days before the scheduled date of the meeting.
    The meeting will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the 
rules and regulations of the Commission.
