AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Notice of issuance.

SUMMARY: The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued Generic 
Letter 95-03 on requesting licensees for pressurized water reactors to 
review recent information on the circumferential cracking of steam 
generator tubes at the Maine Yankee Atomic Power Station and 
determining its applicability to their facilities. This generic letter 
is available in the Public Document Rooms under accession number 
9504210127. This generic letter was issued on an expedited basis under 
NRC procedures for issues for which the staff requires a timely 
response. This generic letter is discussed in Commission information 
paper SECY-95-100 which is also available in the Public Document Rooms.
