Developers Equity Capital Corp.; Notice of Surrender of License

    Notice is hereby given that Developers Equity Capital Corporation, 
1880 Century Park East, Suite 211, Los Angeles, California 90067, has 
surrendered its license to operate as a small business investment 
company under the Small Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended 
(the Act). Developers Equity Capital Corporation [[Page 25257]] was 
licensed by the Small Business Administration on June 12, 1964.
    Under the authority vested by the Act and pursuant to the 
Regulations promulgated thereunder, the surrender was accepted on May 
3, 1995 and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises derived 
therefrom have been terminated.
