Exemption--in Harris County, TX
AGENCY: Interstate Commerce Commission.
ACTION: Notice of exemption.

SUMMARY: The Commission, pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 10505, exempts from the
prior approval requirements of 49 U.S.C. 10903-10904 the discontinuance
of Houston Belt & Terminal Railway Company's lease and operation of the
Settegast Yard between mileposts 0.0/3.99 and mileposts 3.34/3.56 in
Houston, Harris County, TX, subject to standard labor protective
conditions.
DATES: This exemption will be effective on June 10, 1995. Petitions to
stay must be filed by May 22, 1995. Petitions to reopen must be filed
by May 31, 1995.
