AGENCY: International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Termination of investigation.

SUMMARY: On May 4, 1995, the Commission received a letter from the 
petitioner in the subject investigation (Florida Tomato Exchange, 
Orlando, FL) withdrawing its petition. Accordingly, the investigation 
concerning fresh winter tomatoes (investigation No. TA-201-64) is 
terminated. Notice of the institution of the Commission's investigation 
was published in the Federal Register of April 3, 1995 (60 FR 16883).

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 4, 1995.
