DATE PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED: To Be Published.

CHANGE IN THE MEETING: Time Changes.
    The time for the closed meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 9, 1995, 
at 10:00 a.m., have been changed to 10:30 a.m. The time for the open 
meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, 1995, at 10.00 a.m., has been 
changed to 9:00 a.m.
     Commissioner Roberts, as duty officer, determined that Commission 
business required the above changes and that no earlier notice thereof 
was possible.
    At times, changes in Commission priorities require alterations in 
the scheduling of meeting items. For further information and to 
ascertain what, if any, matters have been added, deleted or postponed, 
please contact: The Office of the Secretary [phone].
