    ACTION:

    Final rule: correction.

    SUMMARY:

    This document corrects a final rule appearing in the Federal Register on January 14, 2004 (69 FR 2182) amending the NRC's regulations concerning its rules of practice for adjudications. This action is necessary to correct unintentional errors in the final rule, including the title of the Appendix, the omission of an entry in the table, and the formatting of the table.
