ACTION:

Notice; FACA Committee Meeting Cancellation Announcement.

SUMMARY:

At the May 1, 2007 meeting of the Department's Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration Advisory Committee, the Committee reached closure on the final report, which contains the Committee's recommendations to the Department. Therefore, because the Committee has completed its work, as noted in the April 16, 2007 Federal Register Notice (Vol. 72, No. 72, page 19014), there will be no need for the Committee to meet on May 15-17 in Lakewood, Colorado.
