        The Federal Communications Commission has submitted the following 
    information collection requirement to OMB for review and clearance 
    under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (44 U.S.C. 3507).

    OMB Number: 3060-0463.
    Title: Telecommunications Service for Individuals with Hearing and 
    Speech Disabilities, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 
    (CC Docket No. 90-571).
    Action: Extension of existing collection.
    Respondents: Individuals or households, state or local governments, 
    businesses or other for-profit (including small businesses).
    Frequency of Response: On occasion reporting requirement.
    Estimated Annual Burden: 72 responses; 112.64 hours per response; 8,110 
    hours total annual burden.
    Needs and Uses: Section 64.605 of FCC's rules establishes the 
    certification procedures by which states may apply to assert 
    jurisdiction over the provisions of Intrastate telecommunication relay 
    services (TRS). Section 64.604 establishes procedures for filing 
    complaints. The information will be used to determine whether the 
    state's program is certifiable according to federal requirements, to 
    determine the merits of complaints filed and to attempt resolution.
