Chevron U.S.A. Inc.; Order Granting Blanket Authorization To 
Import and Export Natural Gas From and To Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Chevron U.S.A. Inc. 
(Chevron) authorization to import up to a maximum of 100 billion cubic 
feet (Bcf) and export up to a maximum of 100 Bcf of natural gas from 
and to Mexico over a two-year term beginning on the date of first 
import or export.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs docket room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, SW., Washington, DC 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday 
through Friday, except Federal holidays.
