CHANGE IN THE MEETING: Change of Time--Additional Item.
    The time of the closed meeting scheduled for Monday, May 9, 1994, 
at 10 a.m. was changed from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The following additional 
item was considered at a closed meeting held on Monday, May 9, 1994, at 
11 a.m.

    Regulatory matter bearing enforcement implications.

    Commissioner Beese, as duty officer, determined that Commission 
business required the above change and that no earlier notice thereof 
was possible.
