Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

May 8, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 4, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing revised tariff 
sheets to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheets revise 
Section 17 of Williston Basin's FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume 
No. 1 to conform to the Commission's Order No. 577 issued March 29, 
1995 in Docket No. RM95-5-000.
    Williston Basin has requested that the Commission accept this 
filing to become effective May 4, 1995, the effective date of Order No. 
577.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with the Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's 
Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such 
motions or protests should be filed on or before May 15, 1995. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party to the proceeding 
must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with 
the Commission and are available for public inspection.
