Endangered Species Permits Issued for the Months of January, 
February, and March 1995

    Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has 
taken the following action with regard to permit applications duly 
received according to section 10 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, 
as amended (16 U.S.C. 1539, et seq.). Each permit listed as issued was 
granted only after it was determined that it was applied for in good 
faith, that by granting the permit it will not be to the disadvantage 
of the endangered species, and that it will be consistent with the 
purpose and policy set forth in the Endangers Species Act of 1993, as 
amended.
