Pine Needle LNG Company, LLC; Notice of Filing
May 6, 1999.
Take notice that on April 29, 1999, Pine Needle LNG Company, LLC
(Pine Needle) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Original Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective
May 29, 1999:
Substitute Original Sheet No. 40
Substitute Original Sheet No. 90
Original Sheet No. 91
In addition, Pine Needle has filed its Code of Conduct under Order
Nos. 497, et al.
Pine Needle states that the purpose of the instant filing is to add
Section 30 to the General Terms and conditions of Pine Needle's FERC
Gas Tariff to set forth the procedures used by Pine Needle to address
and resolve complaints by customers and potential customers, as
required by Section 250.16(b)(2) of the regulations. The instant filing
also places on file with the Commission Pine Needle's Code of Conduct,
which sets forth procedures that will enable shippers and the
Commission to determine how Pine Needle is complying with the standards
of conduct set forth in Part 161 of the regulations.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E. Washington, D.C. 20426,
in accordance with Sections 385.214 of 385.211 of the Commission's
Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in
accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants
parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the
Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public
Reference Room. This filing may be viewed on the web at http://
