ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Cashout Report

May 6, 1999.
    Take notice that on April 30, 1999, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing its annual system cashout report.
    This filing represents ANR's annual report of the net revenues 
attributable to the operation of its cashout program, and covers the 
period January 1, 1998 to December 31, 1998. ANR has computed the 
cashout price surcharge of $0.2485 per Dth pursuant to section 15.5(b) 
of the General Terms and Conditions of its tariff. However, ANR 
proposes not to implement the charge of $0.2485, but rather seeks a 
waiver of its tariff in order to leave the lower existing charge of 
$0.1211 per Dth in place.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules 
and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in 
accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public
