Shell Gas Pipeline Company; Notice of Technical Conference

May 7, 1996.
    Take notice that the technical conference in the above captioned 
proceeding, previously scheduled for April 17, 1996, has been 
rescheduled to be held on May 16, 1996. The Conference will be convened 
at 10:00 p.m. at the Commission's offices, located at 888 First St., 
N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426. All parties are invited to attend. For
