Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 04/27/2014.

Effective Date: 05/05/2014.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/30/2014.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/29/2015.

Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):

Arkansas: Clay; Grant; Greene; Independence; Jackson; Jefferson; Lawrence; Prairie; Saline; Sharp; Woodruff.

Missouri: Oregon; Ripley.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
