AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Pacific Fishery Management Council's (Council) Southern 
Habitat Panel will hold a public meeting.

DATES: The meeting will be held on May 29, 1996, beginning at 10 a.m.

ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at the offices of the Gulf of 
Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, Building 991 located at Crissy 
Field (the old Coast Guard Station), The Presidio, San Francisco, CA
