AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 264A to Honor, Michigan, in
response to a petition filed by Jacqueline F. Bourgard. See 60 FR
45390, August 31, 1995. The coordinates for Channel 264A at Honor are
44-41-26 and 86-01-05. There is a site restriction 3 kilometers (1.8
miles) north of the community. Canadian concurrence has been obtained
for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective June 20, 1996. The window period for filing
applications will open on June 20, 1996, and close on July 5, 1996.
