    The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) 
announces that the 1996 Correlation, based on the Harmonized Tariff 
Schedule of the United States, is now available. Also, the 1996 
Correlation is available on the Internet via the Wide World Web. The 
Office of Textiles and Apparel (OTEXA) Homepage address is http://

    Copies of the Correlation may be purchased from the U.S. Department 
of Commerce, Office of Textiles and Apparel, 14th and Constitution
