AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: Action in this document allots Channel 281A to Pinconning,
Michigan, as that community's second FM broadcast service in response
to a petition filed by Queso Broadcasting Company. See 62 FR 5790,
February 7, 1997. The coordinates for Channel 281A at Pinconning are
43-52-56 and 83-55-07. There is a site restriction 4.5 kilometers (2.8
miles) northeast of the community. Canadian concurrence has been
obtained for this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is
terminated.
DATES: Effective June 23, 1997. The window period for filing
applications for Channel 281A at Pinconning, Michigan, will open on
June 23, 1997, and close on July 24, 1997.
