AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule; dismissal of.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Texarkana Broadcasting,
Incorporated, dismisses its request to allot Channel 277A to Wright
City, OK, as the community's first local aural service. See 59 FR
59744, November 18, 1994. No interest in applying for the channel was
received by the Commission. With this action, this proceeding is
terminated.
