Petroglyph National Monument; Notice of Meeting

    Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act, Public Law 92-463, that a public meeting of the 
Petroglyph National Monument Advisory Commission will be held on 
Friday, June 21, 1996.
    The Public meeting will be held from 9 a.m.-12 noon at the Indian 
Pueblo Cultural Center, 2401 12th Street N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico.
    Petroglyph National Monument Advisory Commission was chartered 
pursuant to Public Law 101-313, which established Petroglyph National 
Monument, to advise the Secretary of the Interior on the management and 
development of the monument and on the preparation of the monument's 
general management plan.
    At the June 21, 1996 meeting, the status of the general management 
planning process will be discussed, Commission members will be 
introduced to the new Superintendent and an election of Commission 
officers will be conducted. Any member of the public may file a written 
statement concerning the matters to be discussed at the Commission 
meeting with the Superintendent, Petroglyph National Monument.

    Minutes of the Commission will be available for public inspection 
six weeks after the meeting, at Petroglyph National Monument 
headquarters.
