    Title: Caribbean and Central America Discussion Agreement.

Discussion Agreement U.S./Jamaica Discussion Agreement Puerto Rico/
Caribbean Discussion Agreement Venezuela American Maritime Association 
Caribbean Shipowners Association Aruba Bonaire Curacao Line 
Association.
    Synopis: Notice is hereby given that the Federal Maritime 
Commission pursuant to section 6(d) of the Shipping Act of 1984 (46 
U.S.C. app. 1701-1720) has requested additional information from the 
parties to the Agreement in order to complete the statutory review of 
Agreement No. 203-011279-004 as required by the Act. This action 
extends the review period as provided in section 6(c) the Act.
