Correction

    In rule document 96-10038 beginning on page 18049, in the issue of 
Wednesday, April 24, 1996, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 18050, in the 1st column, in the 1st full paragraph, in 
the 12th line, ``express'' should read ``expressed''.


Sec. 110.13  [Corrected]

    2. On page 18051, in the third column, in Sec. 110.13 (a)(2), in 
the third line from the top, after the word ``are'' insert ``not''.
