Correction

    In proposed rule document 96-9991 beginning on page 18099 in the 
issue of Wednesday, April 24, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 18099, in the third column, in the SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION, in the 2d paragraph, in the 14th line, ``into'' should 
read ``not''.
