State of California; Amendment #5

    In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency, dated April 30, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby 
amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 
on February 2, 1998 and continuing through April 30, 1998.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is May 8, 1998 and for economic 
injury the termination date is November 9, 1998.
