Information Collection Submitted to the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) for Review Under the Paperwork Reduction Act
The proposal for the collection of information listed below has
been submitted to OMB for approval under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). Copies of the proposed

Abstract: Respondents submit this information to MMS seeking
administrative review of charges that they have failed to comply with
provisions of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA) or
provisions of a lease, license, or permit issued under the OCSLA, or
any regulation or order issued under the OCSLA. The alleged violator is
permitted to submit information for review and analysis by MMS's
Reviewing Officer in the determination of the facts and issues involved
and the amount of the civil penalty which might be assessed.

Description of Respondents: Federal Outer Continental, Shelf oil and
gas lessee.
