Abstract: Section 8(a) rules of the Toxic Substances Control Act
(TSCA), require persons to report to the EPA if they manufacture,
import, or process or propose to manufacture, import, or process

The Agency uses these data to monitor the production, importation,
and uses of the identified chemical substance or mixture and to
    regulate as appropriate.

to review instructions, gather the data needed, and review the
    collection of information.
