Peanut Butter and Peanut Paste; Rescheduling of Public Hearing

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Rescheduling of public hearing.

SUMMARY: The Commission has rescheduled to June 30, 1994, from May 19, 
1994, its public hearing in this investigation pursuant to a request 
for a change in the hearing date from the National Peanut Growers 
Group.
    The schedule for filing briefs has been revised as follows: the 
deadline for filing prehearing briefs is June 23, 1994; the hearing 
will be held at the U.S. International Trade Commission Building at 
9:30 a.m. on June 30, 1994; and the deadline for filing posthearing 
briefs is July 7, 1994.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 9, 1994.

schedule for its conduct was published in the Federal Register of 
January 26, 1994 (59 FR 3734). Notice of the rescheduling of the public 
hearing to May 19 was published in the Federal Register of April 1, 
1994 (59 FR 15456).

notice of investigation cited above and the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 
201), and part 204, (19 CFR part 204).
