EEOC Management Directive (MD) 714.
Estimate of Burden: Public reporting burden for this collection of
information is estimated to average 5 minutes per response.
Respondents: Individuals or Federal employees.
Estimated Number of Respondents: 50,000.
Estimated Total Annual Burden on Respondents: 4,000 hours.
Copies of this collection and related information can be obtained
without charge from Larry Roberson, the Agency OMB Clearance Officer,
at (202) 720-6204.
