Correction

Monday April 29, 2002, make the following correction:
    On page 20996, in the third column, after the fourth full

OF RECORDS MAINTAINED IN THE SYSTEM, INCLUDING CATEGORIES OF USERS AND 
THE PURPOSES OF SUCH USES:''.
