E7-9357. Mississippi Canyon Gas Pipeline, LLC; Notice of Supplemental Filing

Take notice that on April 19, 2007, Mississippi Canyon Gas Pipeline, LLC (Mississippi Canyon) tendered for filing a letter in the captioned docket. Mississippi Canyon states that it satisfies the Commission's condition regarding existing similarly situated Rate Schedule FT-2 shippers, as required in its April 3, 2007 letter order. Mississippi Canyon also states that it will offer the same discounted rate for similarly situated new shippers under the same rate schedule.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Such protests must be filed on or before the date as indicated below. Anyone filing a protest must serve a copy of that document on all the parties to the proceeding.
