Take notice that on May 2, 2007, Caledonia Energy Partners, L.L.C. (Caledonia) submitted a filing to comply with the April 27, 2007 order of the Director, Division of Tariffs and Market Development—East of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Docket No. CP05-15-003.

Caledonia states that copies of the filing were served on parties on the official service list in the above-captioned proceeding.
