Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company; Technical Conference

May 11, 1994.
    Pursuant to the Commission's order issued on April 29, 1994, in the 
above-captioned proceeding,\1\ a technical conference will be convened 
to address the issues raised by Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company's 
filing. The conference will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 1994, at 10 
a.m. in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426.
