Title: Evaluation of Federal Efforts to Assist in School Reform.
Abstract: The U.S. Department of Education is charged with

Evaluation of Federal Efforts to Assist in School Reform, particularly
those supported through the ESEA and Goals 2000. This survey will be

timely information can inform Department efforts in supporting program
implementation. Information is needed to report to Congress and the

next year.
