Partial Revocation of Public Land Order No. 2460; California

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

    ACTION: Public Land Order.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: This order revokes a public land order insofar as it affects
1,302.14 acres of public lands withdrawn for the New Idria National
Cooperative Land and Wildlife Management Area. The lands are no longer
needed for this purpose. The revocation is needed to allow the lands to
be exchanged under Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976. This action will open the lands to the non-
mineral public land laws unless closed by overlapping withdrawals or
temporary segregations of record. The lands have been and will remain
open to mining and mineral leasing.

    EFFECTIVE DATE: June 17, 1994.
