ACTION: Notice of correction.

SUMMARY: In notice document 95-9820 beginning on page 19822 in the 
issue of Thursday, April 20, 1995, make the following correction:
    On Page 19822, in the second column, in the third line from the 
bottom should read ``Between the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe and the 
State of Washington executed on January 26, 1995.''

DATES: This action was effective as of publication date of April 20, 
1995.
