of Tuesday, May 5, 1998, make the following corrections:
    a. On page 24778, in the third column, the document heading should 
read as set forth above.
    b. On the same page, in the same column, above the first paragraph, 
``April 20, 1998.'' should read ``April 29, 1998.''
