This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Kansas ( FEMA-1699-DR), dated 05/06/2007.

Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 05/04/2007 and continuing.

DATES:

Effective Date: 05/11/2007.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/05/2007.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/06/2008.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Kansas, dated 05/06/2007 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties: Edwards, Pratt, Stafford.

Contiguous Counties: Kansas: Barton, Hodgeman, Kingman, Pawnee, Reno, Rice.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
