    Washington; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area
    
        Yakima County and the contiguous counties of Benton, Grant, King, 
    Kittitas, Klickitat, Lewis, Pierce and Skamania in the State of 
    Washington constitute an economic injury disaster loan area due to the 
    effects of the warm water currents known as El Nino on the 1993 salmon 
    harvest. Eligible small businesses without credit available elsewhere 
    and small agricultural cooperatives without credit available elsewhere 
    may file applications for economic injury assistance until the close of 
    business on February 13, 1995 at the address listed below:
    
    U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 4 Office, P.O. Box 
    13795, Sacramento, CA 95853-4795.
    
    or other locally announced locations. The interest rate for eligible 
    small businesses and small agricultural cooperatives is 4 percent.
        The economic injury number for this disaster is 826600.
