On March 29, 1993, notice was published (58 FR16522) that an
application (P211E) had been filed by the Oregon Department of Fish and
Wildlife (ODFW) to take listed Snake River spring/summer chinook salmon

Modification 1 to Permit 847, authorizing the releases of listed
progeny from the Imnaha River Facility.
Notice is hereby given that ODFW has applied in due form for a
second modification to Permit 847. ODFW requests authorization to
modify their broodstock management protocol for 1994, and to produce
and release 1993 brood Imnaha stock juvenile salmon.
