    AGENCY: U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering 
    Center, DOD.
    
    ACTION: Notice of availability.

    SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces the general availability 
    of exclusive, partially exclusive or non-exclusive licensing under the 
    10 patents listed below. Licensees shall comply with 34 CFR part 209 
    and 27 CFR part 404.
    
    DATES: Written objections must be filed on or before June 20, 1994.
